Barre Co.® is an intense, pulse pounding, power ballet fitness routine that involves isometric strengthening, static stretching to increase flexibility, and body elongation. This technique was created by Jennifer Travelsted and Danielle Smith and is based off of the Lotte Berk Method, pilates, ballet, and controlled breath. Barre Co.® is a fierce workout that scorches calories, melts body fat, builds strength and flexibility in as little as 3 weeks.

Barre Co.® incorporates a stacking method to work large muscle groups simultaneously while working various positions in neutral spine alignment. Our technique redefines your body by lifting the glutes, leaning out the thighs, carving your abdominals and back, and sculpting your arms in a rapid fashion.
